Robert C. Walker, Inc. offers its clients those services required for partial or complete golf course remodeling. Remodeling presents unique challenges and objectives that require experience. During our thirty years of experience in the design business, we have successfully dealt with all types of challenges associated with remodeling, giving new life to older facilities. We have prepared them for the impact of the high-tech equipment, converted worn out greens to state-of-the-art playing surfaces, provided for ease of maintenance and, in general, modernized golf courses for many more years of service & enjoyment.
We are cognizant of the effects that remodeling has on golf course operations, the down time, loss of revenue, employee relations, etc. Our remodeling programs address these issues and are structured to complete the remodeling process as quickly and efficiently, with the least amount of disruption as possible.
We work diligently with golf course owners, memberships, golf committees and golf course personnel in a "team effort" approach, preparing remodeling programs that are tailored to their needs. RCWI produces the necessary construction documents and assists in the bid negotiations. During construction, we conduct frequent inspections, working closely with field personnel to insure that the golf course remodeling is carried out according to plans and specifications, on schedule and within the budget.

Long Term Master Planning Services
| RCWI provides Master Planning and Consultation to clients wishing to make long-term improvements to their golf courses. We begin by conducting a thorough examination of the existing facility to determine its physical problems and deficiencies. RCWI then presents a comprehensive report and list of recommendations to the Club's Remodeling Committee. Upon their adoption, we further assist in prioritizing, scheduling and preparing projected costs for the various tasks to be performed. Robert C. Walker, Inc., also assists with the actual construction coordination whether the work is accomplished "in-house" or by a qualified Golf Course Contractor. |
